Gym
Whether it is your first time in the gym, or you are a seasoned member, we have the facilities and professional expertise to help you get the most out of your training.
Our cardiovascular equipment includes treadmills, crosstrainers, bikes and rowers, fixed resistance machines plus medicine balls, swiss balls, barbells and kettlebells. In addition, we offer a full range of free weights and a dedicated lifting area.
We actively encourage you to have your bespoke fitness programme reviewed every 6 – 8 weeks to make sure you are on target to achieve your goals, relieve boredom and get the most out of your time spent with us.

Studio
The Studio is a light and spacious area, which offers a comprehensive menu of instructor-led fitness classes, from calming Yoga and Pilates through to Spinning and HIIT training. Each class is created to make you work hard to get results but also enjoy your workout.
