Running is a great way to keep fit, lose weight and combined with a healthy balanced diet, running helps you to feel great! At The Northern, we have 2 running clubs, one for men and one for women so whether you are a beginner or experienced runner there will always be a time suitable to you with people at your standard, ensuring you never run alone.

Women's Club
We meet from 7.20pm every Monday & Wednesday, and set out promptly at 7.30pm (NB we do not run on Bank Holidays)
Monday: 5 miles (approx)
Wednesday: Beginners/Introduction (For the registration detials for Wednesdays club see Active Lifestyles)
Your first visit is FREE, just bring the completed health questionnaire along with you. To join Northern Sole Women's Running club, please complete the application form and return on your next visit along with a CHEQUE (sorry no cash). For further enquiries about the Women's Club contact Liz

Men's Club
Come and meet Dave in reception on Thursdays from 6.30pm, (from April 2012). Mileage TBC on the day. Please contact Dave via the club if you wish to be on the mailing list.

The Running Club is FREE to Members. To Non Members there is a cost of £5 per session.
