Whether your goal is to run a 5k park run, complete a marathon or maybe you would just like to get involved in the running community I would love to pass on my training and racing experiences and hope to inspire you achieve and reach your potential'.

Women's Club

We meet from 7.20pm every Monday, and set out promptly at 7.30pm (NB we do not run on Bank Holidays)

Monday: 5 miles (approx)

Please ensure you wear an item of High Visibility clothing (during darker months)
