Are you wanting to get fit? Fancy running for a sport?

Running is a great way to keep fit, lose weight and combined with a healthy balanced diet, running helps you to feel great!

A running club where we welcome all levels of runners from beginners through to advanced.

The runs will work on a three week rotation between short intervals, long intervals and a longer run. Check facebook for details of which run is scheduled for which week.

This club is for anyone who wants to improve their running.

Women's Club

We meet from 7.20pm every Monday, and set out promptly at 7.30pm (NB we do not run on Bank Holidays)

Monday: 5 miles (approx)

Please ensure you wear an item of High Visibility clothing (during darker months)
