JUST HOW FIT ARE YOU? - Using the latest fitness testing equipment a comprehensive and accurate assessment of your Fitness and Health can be established. An individual assessment will be conducted, carrying out simple tests to determine:
- BLOOD PRESSURE - RESTING HEART RATE - AEROBIC FITNESS - VO2 MAX
LUNG CAPACITY - BODY MASS INDEX - BODY FAT ANALYSIS - FLEXIBILITY
After your assessment you will be given your own personal assessment package containing all your results. From your results your fitness and health will be assessed and devise a programme to specifically suit your needs.
